Adding a notice to an automated email

  • Create your notice by following the steps in Adding and managing notices.
  • Select "Automated emails" from the menu and select the email you wish to add the notice
  • Click "Edit Automated Email" from the top right. 

  • Place your cursor in the email at the specific point you want the notice text to be entered.
  • Next, select your notice from the "Insert notice" drop down menu in the editor. 

  • You will see that you have the option to select either the "title" or the "description" of the notice to bring in the text from the corresponding fields in the notice. You can add either or both as you wish.
  • On selection, you will see a line of code e.g. {% notice 52 %} {{ description }} {% endnotice %}.
  • This will translate into the text of your notice on send. You can highlight and format this text using the editor tools.
  • Hit "save email".
  • This notice will appear in a guest's automated email if the conditions you set are satisfied
