Adding social media accounts

For security and privacy reasons, we ask that a member of hotel staff set up the social media accounts within their Guestfolio. Some providers require you to reset your credentials after a set period of time for security reasons. Be sure to check back every 30 days or so to update your information. 

Connect a social media account to your Guestfolio account

  1. Login to your Guestfolio Dashboard
  2. Select Mobile concierge then Branding styles & colours in the left menu

  3. Scroll to the bottom of this page to see which Social Media services we work with.

  4. In the same browser (using a different tab), sign into the social media account that you wish to add before connecting with it.
  5. Once you’ve logged into each social media account, navigate back to your Dashboard and click each icon to begin setting up the service. Follow the instructions provided by each web site.

  6. NB: Facebook will ask you to log in with your personal account, and then authorize the app for your business page ie. the Hotel Facebook page. This is normal! Don't worry, it will not pull your personal feed to the page.
  7. Click the "save branding" button once complete.
