How does Guestfolio calculate conversion revenue
Our Newsletter platform provides you with the estimated generated revenue of conversions from your email marketing campaigns.
What is conversion revenue?
Conversion revenue is reservations that were created within 15 days of receiving your campaign. This is considered our “conversion window”.
Regardless of the reservation channel, if the guest was sent a newsletter then called, booked direct, or reserved through a third party with the same email address within 15 days, it is considered a conversion.
NOTE: If multiple email are sent to same address and fall within this 15 day conversion window, revenue will attributed to each campaign.
In the case where specific analytics are required we offer "links and clicks" to show link specific click-through rates and also the ability to utilize Google Analytics.
